What we do
Building services
Building engineering
A dedicated engineer and backup for each building, handling day-to-day upkeep, walk-throughs and the small problems before they grow.
Repairs and troubleshooting
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors and locks, roofs and the rest of what keeps a building working.
Tenant improvements
Suite refreshes and build-outs between tenants: walls, paint, flooring, fixtures, and coordinating the trades.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled filter changes, equipment checks and seasonal work, planned ahead and logged so nothing gets skipped.
Emergency response
Leaks, outages, alarms and break-ins. Emergencies go straight to the building's engineer and our office the moment they come in.
Life safety and vendors
We track fire alarm, sprinkler, backflow and elevator inspections for each building, and manage the outside vendors who do the specialist work.
